How to Cancel (Negate) an ACH Statement Previously Accepted.

However IT MUST BE DONE WITHIN THE SAME DAY! CBP will not allow you to cancel an ACH authorization for previous days.
From the Main Menu go to.

ABI Statement Menu
ACE Negate (Nullify) Statement Payment Xmit

ACE Negate (Nullify) Statement Payment Xmit
Enter the Statement# you wish to nullify.
Enter T to Transmit
Verify the response from ACE using the Check Transmission Option in the Main ABI Menu.
Once the payment negation or nulification is accepted you may then remove any entries you want from that statement.
